This offer coincides naturally with the recent announcement of end of life support for Cisco MediaSense, a basic call recording integration provided with many Cisco installations.

Whereas Cisco’s MediaSense recording methodology enabled basic call recording functions, the robust quality optimization and omni-channel capabilities of Virtual Observer make it a natural choice for replacing and enhancing contact center call recording functions.
