Virtual Observer WFO offers logical upgrade path for MediaSense recording customers

For Cisco environments – enterprise-ready investment protection options to replace your MediaSense call recording software

CSI is providing a budget-friendly financial incentive to replace MediaSense—customers will get a full set of quality monitoring features (not typically available with Cisco’s own MediaSense call recording options) and a first year of maintenance for free,

This offer coincides naturally with the recent announcement of end of life support for Cisco MediaSense, a basic call recording integration provided with many Cisco installations.

Whereas Cisco’s MediaSense recording methodology enabled basic call recording functions, the robust quality optimization and omni-channel capabilities of Virtual Observer make it a natural choice for replacing and enhancing contact center call recording functions.

CSI offers Virtual Observer through a number of Cisco resellers and system integrators.

Interested MediaSense customers can contact CSI to enroll in this limited time program until September 1, 2017.

What Our Customers Are Saying...

A healthcare facility in the mideast US installed Virtual Observer a few years back as part of a call recording and quality assurance initiative:
“We monitor all incoming and outgoing calls for 40 agents. By recording all calls and auditing data and productivity reports for each team, individual registrar and nurse managers can determine how to reduce hold times, transfer fewer calls and provide more callers with what they need with just one call. This tool also improves management’s ability to train and coach staff to enhance the customer experience. The call center uses internally designed evaluation templates to measure quality, accuracy and completeness of contact with families.”
