One of the most important working philosophies we have in action is the fact that we always have a human answering the phone. Our administrative staff is always extremely courteous. The Sales team is knowledgeable and consultative by nature, taking a solution approach with a soft sell methodology. The Support team knows our products thoroughly. We have a centralized CRM system that gives us immediate access to customer information. "With Virtual Observer, I found the auto-schedule feature to be a big time saver for us. In my opinion, the ability to seamlessly integrate an existing evaluation form into VO would be of great benefit as would the reporting functions. Our company has a separate E-Learning system and CTI Integration so, for us, those would not be necessary features.
